Tarik Farooq’s Skin Care Tips for Men



Tarik Farooq has experienced that today’s men are very much conscious about their looks, so they do everything that can bring glow on their skin. Of late, we got an opportunity to meet with Tarik Farooq and he shared some beauty tips for men with us that we would love to share with a belief that they will be quite beneficial for men’s skin.

1- A man should use a good sunscreen outdoors with SPF 15 or more.

2- It is better to have a bath with a soft soap and lukewarm water.

3- One should apply a moisturizer after having a bath.

4- A man should shave in the direction of hair growth, not against that. 

5- Skin should not be rubbed with hard towel after shaving. One should pat one’s skin with a wet towel and then apply moisturizer on that.

6- Going for massage and facial once in a fortnight might bring tremendous glow on the face.

7- Meditation can also be helpful.  

8- One should have nutritious foods.

9- One should drink as much water as one can.

10- It will be recommendable to visit a dermatologist twice a year.

A these tips of Tarik Farooq are not very difficult to follow, so do ponder about them.

Time has brought a great change in the perception of men about their looks.  Earlier, only women were considered to be looks conscious, but today men are more conscious about their appearance than women- you can see men working out in gyms as well as applying beauty products to bring glow on their faces. Seeing eagerness in most of the men for having attractive appearance, we have decided to share some skin care tips given by Tarik Farooq, India based dermatologist.

1- Always use a good sunscreen outdoors having SPF 15 or more than that.

2- Use soft skin care soap and lukewarm water to have a bath.

3- Apply quality skin care cream after having a bath.

4- Shave in the direction of hair growth with quality shaving cream and lukewarm water.  

5- Don’t rub your skin after shave. Instead of this, pat your skin with a wet towel and then apply moisturizer on your skin.

6- Tarik Farooq suggests that going for facial and massage once a week can work amazing for skin.

7- Meditate for thirty to forty minutes a day.

8- Have nutritious foods only.

9- Drink plenty of water.

10- See a dermatologist twice a year.

Tarik Farooq: How to Prevent Bronchitis



It is said that Health is Wealth and it is true to all health aspects because God has given us this body to take care of it and not to destroy by using harmful elements. So it is our moral and holy duty to take care of our health in a natural way, as we can’t do anything without having a healthy body. There are many minor, major and chronic diseases that affect our body if we can’t take precautions or become careless during treatment. Bronchitis is one of the major and chronic diseases which not only affects our body but also causes death. I, TarikFarooq, will discuss with you about preventing Bronchitis.

Firstly, I will suggest you to give up smoking, as smoking is the main cause behind Bronchitis. Smoking is very risky for your heart and lung because there are many harmful chemicals that affects you overall health. Smokers are more prone to Bronchitis than non smokers.

So if you are a smoker or use tobacco in any form, it is quite fruitful for you to quit smoking at once because when you stop smoking, your resistance power improves and your lungs starts working in natural way after  a month or two.

It will be beneficial for you to know the symptoms of Bronchitis, as prevention is better that cure. If you are suffering from cold, you should not be careless because if it remains for a long time, it can give birth to Bronchitis and Pneumonia. Some other symptoms of Bronchitis are nasal congestion, cough for a long time, and wheezing. So if you find any mentioned symptoms, you had better consult a doctor for check up.

Another way is to improve your immunity power, as our body prevents us from bacteria itself up to some extent. Take healthy diet including fruits and vegetables. You should keep your body neat and clean and wash your hands before eating to avoid infections. Drink water sufficiently.
